My stay was tainted by a series of disappointments. The air conditioning in my room was nonexistent despite multiple complaints, leaving me sweating uncomfortably. the lack of basic amenities like replenished tea and coffee made my mornings frustrating. The rude attitude of some staff, particularly Carlos, added to my dissatisfaction.

Exceptionally clean room with comfy beds and meticulous daily housekeeping. Loved the TV access to YouTube. Balcony views over the pool area were lovely. Breakfast had a fantastic spread including freshly made omelets and even Prosecco, which was a nice touch. Super helpful staff that made us feel welcome. The pool atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully designed with a tropical vibe.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, the spacious breakfast area was always well-stocked with fresh options, and the beauty treatments available added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was truly enjoyable, and the room itself was spacious and modern. While the breakfast offered a good selection, I found the buffet layout a bit chaotic, which could be hard for those with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the pool was quite chilly, but the relaxing atmosphere made up for it. I had a pleasant experience and appreciated the professionalism of the staff, especially Michel at the front desk who was incredibly helpful during my stay.

The breakfast spread was top-notch with loads of choices and that glass of cava on arrival? Absolute icing on the cake! Plus, the pool area was surrounded by greenery, making it a fab oasis to chill. Oh, don’t miss out on the lively...

The Mercure in Benidorm is a stylish hotel with a calming atmosphere. My room had a large balcony facing the pool, which I enjoyed immensely. The variety at breakfast stood out, with fresh salads, cold meats, and a changing selection of hot dishes daily. The layout felt airy and modern. the pool was quite cold, which wasn't what I expected, and I found it shaded by too many trees—making it hard to find sunbeds since they were reserved early. The main dining area felt cramped at times, especially during peak hours, making it tricky to navigate. The staff were generally helpful, but I experienced a minor inconvenience when I had to wait longer for my TV remote to be delivered. Despite the few hiccups, the peaceful gardens and the quality of the food made for a lovely stay overall.

It was just a smart choice for a flying visit in Benidorm with good value considering price it charged. The pool area had a nice relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Make sure to check out the continental breakfast. it was really good!
